”I started archery only three years ago, thanks to my companion. He introduced me to his coach who saw potential in my long arms. So, I started training and competitions. Preparing for championships requires discipline, perseverance and knowing how to manage your time. I train 4 to 5 times a week. I start working earlier in the morning, so I do not get to training too late. My level is improving with the competition; it was extremely rewarding to reach the podium last summer at the IFAA Outdoor Swiss Championships, after two days of competition.
My main objective is to continue to progress. I am still learning and improving, so I am really looking forward to the next season. And I look forward to the day when I can finally beat my mate!”
